Job Description
Trendyol's International Legal team seeks a Junior Lawyer to support its CEE expansion. Responsibilities include contract management (seller, third-party, logistic agreements, NDAs), advising on new business initiatives (marketing campaigns, COD), changes in business practices (pricing, returns), payment solutions, and monitoring regulations like DSA, P2B, and GPSR. The ideal candidate is a qualified Romanian lawyer fluent in English and Turkish, possessing 2-3 years of e-commerce legal experience. Strong knowledge of financial services, logistics, consumer protection, seller management, platform regulations, and product safety is crucial. The role offers responsibility, growth opportunities, and a collaborative international team environment.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Legal Team is more than just a legal team: it's a part of business design and an overall representitive of the company at large. The team provides support in line with corporate law, contracts, labor, competition, transportation and regulatory requirements to meet the day-to-day needs of other teams.
We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.
The International Legal team is looking for a junior lawyer joining the journey of Trendyol CEE expansion.
Your Main Responsibilities
- As core member of EU legal team, you will provide services to business teams with regards to:
- Contract management (seller agreements, third party agreements, logistic agreements, NDAs etc.)
- New business initiatives (new marketing campaign, influencer campaigns etc., COD)
- Change of business practices (pricing, return, costs to be charged to consumers)
- Payment related legal advices (contract review, assessment of payment solutions]
- DSA, P2B and GPSR monitoring and advice
Your Profile
- You are a qualified lawyer in Romania
- Fluency in English and Turkish, Romanian is a plus
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce legal sector
- Legal knowledge in terms of financial services, logistics, growth, contract management, consumer protection, seller management, platform regulations and product safety

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
