Job Description

Phantom Fx is seeking a Junior Lighting Artist to contribute to their 3D animation projects in Chennai, India. Responsibilities include assembling shot elements, creating light rigs, look development, optimization, problem-solving, and collaborating with the lighting lead and compositors. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience, a strong understanding of real-time surfaces, lighting, and photography, and the ability to manage complex projects within deadlines. The role involves creating slap comps with AOVs and working closely with the team to ensure smooth integration within the show pipeline. Proactiveness, effective problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude are crucial.

Assembling required elements for that shot involved and Creating light rigs, Look dev. for Shot related.
Optimization and Problem solving skills.

Work within the show structure and production deadlines to complete the tasks.
Work closely with lighting lead and Compositors to ensure shot lighting will work smoothly
Within the show pipeline.
Take direction from Lighting Lead and CG supervisor.
Provide slap comps with aov's for the shot.

Skill to identify the problems and effectively need to implement the solution.
We're looking for a Proactive person and also must possess Experience between 2+years would be suitable.
Ability to do the Complex and challenging projects in a given timeline.
Attitude includes proper responses to feedbacks from leads , proactiveness , team player helping others
