Junior Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking to hire a Junior Marketing Coordinator for a Fortune 500 entertainment client. Teams are very collaborative and have a passion for creating cutting edge customer experiences.  

Our direct Fortune 500 client is looking for someone to join the Marketing team to coordinate marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams and external partners (broadcast tv, retail stores, radio, social media, sweepstakes, contest and more).

This contract goes to December 2025 + possible extension. The team is located in Celebration, FL, and the role is on-site 2-4 days/week. Onward Search provides benefits for 40 hour work week and weekly paychecks (W2) for duration of the contract.

Junior Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Interacting with outside agencies, partners, and media.
• Deliver results on strategy, time, and budget; attention to detail.
• Ability to smartly navigate organizations and build relationships.

Junior Marketing Coordinator Requirements: 

• 2+ years of relevant marketing or promotional work experience.
• Previous experience or education in marketing, business affairs, advertising, or broadcast communications strongly preferred
• Demonstrated passion for understanding and meeting consumer needs through robust strategic and creative thinking.
• Collaborative team player who welcomes feedback and enthusiastically tackles diverse tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong self-initiative and proven ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• High energy level with a strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
• Interest in and knowledge of video production and new media platforms.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Spanish.
• Previous work experience with any entertainment company
