Job Description

As a Junior Product Manager, you will be a proactive, data-driven thinker, focusing on making an impact on the games. You will connect the dots, identify opportunities, and work with the Product Owner and production team to boost player engagement and drive development. Your responsibilities will include analyzing player behavior, monitoring key performance indicators, running A/B tests, and staying updated on the market trends. You will set clear goals, gather player feedback, and support the team during implementation to ensure smooth releases.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in strategy consulting (MBB, Big Four).
  • Tech skills - Tableau & SQL as a bonus.
Must Have:
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • University degree in mathematics or related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and highly efficient.

Job requirements

What will you be doing?


Data-Driven Strategy.

  • Understand players - analyze behavior and trends to make smarter product decisions.

  • Keep track of the numbers - monitor key KPIs to measure game performance and uncover improvement areas.

  • Test, tweak, and optimize - run A/B tests to refine features, game mechanics, and monetization strategies.

  • Stay ahead of the game - track the competition, analyze the market, and identify new opportunities.

    Deliver Real Impact.

  • Set clear, measurable goals for the product team and focus on hitting them.

  • Gather and implement player feedback to improve engagement and satisfaction.

  • Analyze the impact of product changes on retention, engagement, and monetization, making data-driven adjustments.


    Bringing Ideas to Life.

  • Team up with the Product Owner to set sprint goals and turn big ideas into clear, actionable tasks.

  • Work closely with the Producer to refine features, plan releases, and keep everything on track.

  • Support the team during implementation, giving feedback, fine-tuning features, and ensuring a smooth rollout.

What are we looking for?

  • University degree in mathematics, finance, economics, or a related field.

  • A sharp analytical mindset - strong problem-solving skills, ability to spot patterns, and a big-picture approach.

  • Experience in strategy consulting (MBB, Big Four) is a big plus.

  • Goal-oriented, organized, and highly efficient - you get things done.

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills - you can collaborate and present ideas effectively.

  • Tech skills - proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint, with Tableau & SQL as a bonus.

  • Fluent in English & Polish.
