What is this job all about?
We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to become a key part of our Live Ops team — the heart of in-game events and monetization! This role is perfect for someone eager to immerse themselves in one of the most fast-paced and impactful areas of product development. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the game economy, enhance live operations, and gain deep insights into player behavior while working alongside experienced professionals.

What will you be doing?
Optimize the game economy by defining monthly sales strategies and promotions for virtual goods.
Conduct competitive analysis, monitor industry trends, and leverage data analytics to refine game features.
Track KPIs and analyze player behavior to drive data-informed decisions.
Design and manage engaging in-game events, promotions, and monetization strategies to maximize player retention and revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance monetization tools and improve live operations.
Ensure the effective implementation of strategic initiatives within product development.
What are we looking for?
1-3 years of experience in product management, live operations, or economy design in gaming/online industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision-making expertise.
Experience with Excel and Google Sheets.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Fluent in English and Polish.
Amaze us with:
Knowledge of mathematical concepts like probabilities and regressions for economy balancing.
Hands-on experience optimizing game monetization and economy.
Understanding of game design principles, monetization strategies, and player psychology.
Experience with Tableau, SQL, and Unity Engine.
