We are seeking a motivated Junior Programmatic Marketer to join our global Paid Media team. Reporting to the Programmatic Director, you will utilize your existing ad operations, optimization, and marketing skills. You will be involved in developing major client accounts, benefiting from significant investment and growth in this business area over the next two years, which offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact. Key responsibilities include optimizing campaign performance across programmatic platforms, developing client strategies based on insights, partnering with Business Development for prospective clients, client communication, collaborating to create advertiser solutions, interpreting analytics data, and making decisions regarding deal economics. This role will also involve mentoring junior staff as the business expands.
