Dexerto is looking for a dynamic and experienced Junior Public Relations and Corporate Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing Dexerto's brand presence and building its reputation as a leading voice in the world of gaming, esports, and digital culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute innovative PR strategies to amplify Dexerto’s brand in mainstream and niche media.
2. Craft compelling press releases and media kits that resonate with our diverse audience segments.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers within the gaming and entertainment industry.
4. Coordinate and manage press events, including launches and media briefings.
5. Monitor media coverage and analyze PR campaigns' effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
6. Provide media training and guidance to Dexerto’s spokespersons.
7. Engage in storytelling to create relatable and engaging narratives for Dexerto’s brand.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends to identify PR opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience in public relations, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or related industries.
• Strong network of media contacts and proven ability to pitch and secure media coverage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging and newsworthy content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
