Job Description

Growe is seeking a Junior Risk Specialist in Colombia to process alerts, segment users, handle internal/external requests, conduct research, analyze past decisions, report anomalies, develop fraud detection methods, and manage low/medium user risk cases. The role requires experience in risk management (Fintech or gambling preferred), on-site shift work (including evenings/nights), strong analytical and Excel skills, and upper-intermediate English. Excellent communication, collaboration, diligence, and reliability are essential. The successful candidate will align with Growe's values of teamwork, results-driven approach, and adaptability.
Must have:
  • Process alerts and user segments
  • Handle internal/external requests
  • Analyze decisions and fix mistakes
  • Report anomalies and problems
  • Develop fraud detection methods
  • Manage low/medium user risk
  • Excellent Excel and numerical skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English

We need your professional experience:
  • Experience in risk management in the fintech area or gamblin is an advantage;
  • Ability to work on-side shifts in our office (including evening and night);
  • Flexible analytical mind and out-of-the-box thinking is a great advantage;
  • Excellent numerical and Excel skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.
