Job Description
This role is for a Junior Systems Administrator, requiring a systems engineer or related background. The successful candidate will have knowledge in operating system administration (Windows and/or Linux), virtualization farms (Hyper-V and/or VMware), backup platforms, storage units, and software development skills. Key responsibilities include basic support for Windows and Linux, managing requests for Windows services like Active Directory, DNS, and ENTRAID, file system management, virtual server configuration, and handling backups and restorations. Automation skills are also important.
Must Have:
- Basic support for Windows and Linux operating systems
- Request management for Windows services (Active Directory, DNS, ENTRAID)
- File system management
- Virtual server configuration and resource provisioning
- Backup and restoration management
- Automation skills
- Demonstrated knowledge in Windows and Linux Systems
- 1 year of experience in server operating system management
- Software development skills

You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated knowledge in Windows and Linux Systems
- 1 year of experience in server operating system management
- Software development skills
