Job Description

Trek Bicycle is seeking a Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter (all genders) to join their team at their new distribution center in Halle (Saale), which opened in early 2022. This role will be responsible for coordinating all outbound shipments, invoicing, post processing, and communication with internal and external partners, customers, and suppliers. You will also be responsible for continuously improving processes and procedures throughout the logistics process, and coordinating and ordering daily pick-ups. This is a full-time position and can be either full-time or part-time.

Must have:

Experience with commercial activities
Good knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication skills in German and another foreign language
Good planning and organizational skills
Proactive, solution-oriented, independent and flexible

Für unseren Standort im neuen Vertriebszentrum in Halle (Saale), welches Anfang 2022 eröffnete, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n erfahrene/n:

Kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter Voll- und Teilzeit (all genders)

Deine Hauptaufgaben:

Koordination des gesamten Warenausgangs
Rechnungslegung
Postbearbeitung
Kommunikation mit internen und externen Partnern, Kunden und Lieferanten
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Abläufe und Verfahren im gesamten Logistik Prozess
Koordination und Bestellung der täglichen Abholungen

Dein Profil:

Erfahrungen mit kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und einer weiteren Fremdsprache
Gutes Planungs- und Organisationstalent
Proaktiv, lösungsorientiert, selbständig und flexibel
