DCar, a ByteDance platform, is seeking a KOL Business Development Manager to lead their US creator operations. The role involves maintaining existing collaborations, expanding top creator networks, and building a US creator media library. Responsibilities include promoting content co-creation, exploring potential creators, coordinating projects, and managing independent initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of the US automotive media landscape, experience in content planning and production, and a successful track record in managing projects.

About the Team DCar is an all-in-one automotive information, transaction, and service platform, providing users with authentic and professional car content as well as convenient and trusted purchasing services. Established in August 2017, DCar's mission is "Enjoying Cars, Driving Technological Advancements in the Industry," striving to become the most trusted platform for automotive information, transactions, and services. As 2023, DCar's mobile platform has over 8 million daily active users (DAU), with more than 6.34 million automotive content creators and a user base of 498 million car enthusiasts. Responsibilities: - Maintain the US creator operations who have already established a joint collaboration, to promote the creator to continue to collaborate and co-create content, and optimize the system mechanism - Expand the top US creators, explore potential creators and complete the joint collaboration; gradually build up the US creator media library - Responsible for coordinating and contacting all relevant collaboration projects of the US creators
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Understand the US automotive media & can provide unique insight for content development - Experience in the US automotive content planning and production, and able to create automotive/technology content - Experience in Internet content production and operation - Successfully manage/lead independent projects Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree from any major - At least 3 years of working experience in automotive content - Data driven, good communication, team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. 【For Pay Transparency】 Compensation Description (hourly)

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $41- $85.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. As well as Dental, Vision, Short/Long term Disability, Basic Life, Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance plans. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.

Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
