This contract position requires planning and executing innovative campaigns with KOLs and strategic partners to boost brand impact. Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing KOL performance, managing KOLs in Malaysia (both online and offline), cultivating relationships with community champions (including micro-KOLs), understanding user behavior, building valuable connections, managing a KOL grooming program, executing community activations (online/offline tournaments, competitions), conducting user research (FGD/IDI), and supporting game operation projects (payment tests, localization). The ideal candidate will have at least one year of KOL management experience, be a native Malaysian speaker proficient in English, possess a keen interest in social media trends and gaming, and have experience managing online communities. Experience with TikTok and esports/influencer communities is preferred.
