The KOL Specialist will plan and execute innovative campaigns with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and partners to boost brand impact. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with media, KOLs, and agencies; building and maintaining a KOL database; identifying and researching KOLs across digital platforms; managing a KOL grooming program; tracking and reporting performance metrics; and optimizing strategies based on data insights. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in KOL management, particularly on TikTok and Instagram, a passion for gaming and esports, strong project management skills, and excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English.
