- 고용 형태: 계약직 (1년); 오피스 근무
- 채용 진행 (공고 등록, 인재 검색, 면접 어레인지 등)
- 한국 오피스 인사/노무 관련 업무 진행 및 싱가폴 본사 요청 사항 지원
- 운영팀의 분기별 예산, 비용 처리 및 자금 관련 업무 및 요청 사항 지원
- 싱가폴 본사 재무팀, 법무팀과 소통 및 협업 요청
- 분기별 사내 행사, 사내 평가 등 본사 요청 사항 지원
- 1 year contractor, Working On-site
- Responsible for processing expenses/claims and summarizing quarterly budget from operations teams
- Ad hoc management reporting
- Set up localized admin processes if needed and align with relevant HQ teams
- Oversee/work with local and SG HQ admin firms (e.g., accounting firms, labor advisory, tax consultants, real estate agency)
- 3~8년 경력 있으신 분
- 회계, 인사/노무, 법 관련 업무 지식이나 경험이 있으신 분 (전문자격 요하지 않음)
- 한국어와 영어 모두 높은 수준의 서면 및 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유하신 분
- 커뮤니케이션이 원활하신 분
- 체계적이시고 도덕적이신 분
- 3-8 years of experience
- Has working knowledge about accounting, finance, HR, and legal affairs (doesn't need to be an expert in all areas)
- Requires high-quality written & verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
- Process and detail-oriented
- Has a highly organized, ethical, and principled attitude
