Job Description

SS&C Technologies seek 6 Office Administrators to perform administrative and general office duties. This is a new team within our Bristol office, so it is essential you already have a strong administration background and have excellent communication skills as there is a requirement to handle client/customer calls daily.

Responsibilities:

  • Produces a variety of correspondence, reports and presentations using the appropriate software for word processing, graphics and spreadsheets.
  • Screens telephone calls and visitors. Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements.
  • Routes or answers routine inquiries.
  • Prepares special reports. Gathers and summarizes data.
  • Senior level support representative performing tasks of a moderate level of difficulty that require independent judgement.
  • Demonstrates a substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to resolve or recommend solutions for a wide range of tasks or issues.
  • Requires limited supervision and only general instructions on new tasks.
