About Lark Marketing APAC Team
Join our dynamic Lark Marketing APAC team, a pivotal part of the Lark Go-to-Market (GTM) crew! We thrive on efficiency and collaboration, closely supporting our expanding Commercial team to boost brand awareness and generate valuable leads.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Successful candidates must be able to commit to the following internship cycle below:
1. Off-cycle Internship - Starting Feb 2025 (6 months duration)

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Integrated Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team in Singapore. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing within a fast-paced, global tech environment.
This role is perfect for a self-starter who is passionate about marketing, has strong graphic design and video production skills, and enjoys blending creativity with data-driven decision-making. The intern will focus 60% of their time on creating compelling visual and video content, 20% on supporting broader marketing initiatives, and 20% on conducting data analysis to optimize campaigns and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual and Video Content Creation (60%)
- Design graphics, infographics, and other visual assets for use across digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and websites.
- Create short-form and long-form videos for marketing campaigns, product highlights, and brand storytelling, coordinate with vendors to execute video production projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visually engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and recommend improvements to enhance our visual presence.
2. End-to-end B2B Marketing (20%)
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and creation of sales enablement materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials, gather feedback, and report on performance.
- Support email marketing efforts, including designing templates and scheduling campaigns.
3. Data Analytics and Reporting (20%)
- Analyze performance metrics for marketing campaigns, such as social media engagement, email open rates, and website traffic.
- Generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Support A/B testing efforts and monitor results for continuous optimization.
- Help maintain marketing dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Background: Ideally pursuing a degree in Business or a related field.
- Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
- Video Editing Expertise: Experience with video production, editing, and animation is a strong plus.
- Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or other data analysis tools.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative Thinker: Enthusiasm for bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the table.
