This role follows a hybrid work model based in Contagem, MG - Brazil.
Candidates must have high availability for frequent travel, as the position requires mobility for most of the time.
Who will you be working with?
As a Latam Services Leader, you will play a critical role in overseeing project execution and service delivery, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple interfaces. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, you will align expectations, monitor progress, and report risks to senior leadership.
You will collaborate with project teams to drive successful implementation, while working closely with operations and support teams to manage post-delivery services. Additionally, you will oversee financial aspects, working alongside finance and procurement teams to maintain budget control and manage vendors effectively.
This role also involves engaging with vendors and third parties to oversee external services. By balancing these relationships effectively, the Latam Services Leader ensures streamlined execution, efficient communication, and successful project completion.
