Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3D artists, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the highest quality of 3D assets.
• Collaborate with the Art Director and Game Designers to define and maintain the artistic vision of our games.
• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials for various game assets, including characters, environments, and props.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to artistic and technical guidelines across all 3D assets.
• Optimize 3D assets for performance while maintaining visual fidelity.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in 3D art.
• Participate in art reviews and provide constructive feedback to other artists.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a 3D Artist in the video game industry.
• Strong knowledge of 3D modeling software (3ds Max, Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of anatomy, proportion, and form.
• Ability to create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials.
• Proficiency in creating realistic and stylized assets.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional artistic and technical skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for video games and a strong understanding of current industry trends.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, C#).
• Experience with animation or rigging.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
