Lead Artist

Join our Art Team in Prague!

As our Lead Artist, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable visuals, while mentoring and inspiring a talented team of artists. You’ll be hands-on, actively contributing to the creation of new assets, and leading the way with your vision and expertise.

Job Description

 

  • Lead and mentor a team of artists to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring top-notch quality at every stage
  • Harmonize artistic expression with technical constraints to create a seamless visual experience
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to achieve shared goals
  • Participate in recruiting new talent and nurturing the team’s artistic growth
  • Supervise the outsourcing of art production

Requirements

  •  A minimum of 5 years of game development experience as an artist
  • Hands-on skills with 2D and 3D asset creation workflows and software (e.g. 3DS Max/Maya/Blender/ZBrush, Substance Designer and Painter, Photoshop)
  • Skilled in guiding teams, problem solving, and communicating a clear artistic vision
  • Enthusiastic about contributing directly to the art creation process
  • Deep knowledge of DayZ or Arma (modding experience is optional, but a big plus)
