What you’ll do:
- Develop, implement, and manage our game community strategy on social media platforms (Facebook, Discord, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create, translate, format, and edit texts for social networks and gaming resources (including large volumes of textual and visual content)
- Search for new tools on social media, track community development trends, and implement best practices
- Maintain a friendly and positive atmosphere across our communities and promptly resolve conflicts
- Collect audience feedback and generate structural reports on the results
What you need to succeed:
- Experience as a game studio community manager
- High level of literacy working with text and the ability to creatively communicate
- The ability to think out-of-the-box
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- High levels of stress resistance and responsibility
