The Lead Conga Architect will lead implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of Conga solutions. Responsibilities include designing and architecting complex Conga implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and maintaining customized solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the scalability and security of Conga solutions. The role requires working closely with colleagues in Bangalore and Nasdaq teams internationally. The ideal candidate should have experience with Conga CLM and CPQ functions. The job also includes the re-architecting and customization of solutions. The candidate will also need to be up to date on the latest Conga features and industry best practices.
Must have:
  • 10-13 years of experience as a Conga Architect.
  • Experience in complex, multi-business unit environments.
  • Strong background in designing customized systems.
  • Lead implementations from design and architecture.
  • Experience with Conga CLM and CPQ functions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good to have:
  • Relevant certifications in Conga or related technologies (Conga Composer, Conga CLM, and Conga CPQ certifications are highly desirable).

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Conga Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in complex, multi-business unit environments and with customized systems.

This role involves leading implementations from a design and architecture perspective, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of Conga solutions across the organization. Experience with both Conga CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functions is essential.

Role Responsibilities -

As a Lead Conga Architect your focus will be leading implementations from designing and architecture perspective, ensuring flawless integration and efficient performance of Conga Solutions across the organization. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

Lead the design and architecture of complex Conga implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address the needs of various business units.

We develop and maintain customized Conga solutions to meet specific interpersonal needs.

We provide technical leadership and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Conga solutions.

Conduct regular reviews and audits of existing systems to identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated with the latest Conga features and industry best practices to continuously improve the system!

We expect you to have:

  • With proven experience of 10-13yrs as a Conga Architect or in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience working in sophisticated, multi-business unit environments.
  • Strong background in designing and implementing customized systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead implementations from a design and architecture perspective.
  • Experience with Conga CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills!

It would be great if you (Preferred Qualifications)
