Role Responsibilities -
As a Lead Conga Architect your focus will be leading implementations from designing and architecture perspective, ensuring flawless integration and efficient performance of Conga Solutions across the organization. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.
Lead the design and architecture of complex Conga implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address the needs of various business units.
We develop and maintain customized Conga solutions to meet specific interpersonal needs.

We provide technical leadership and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Conga solutions.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest Conga features and industry best practices to continuously improve the system!
We expect you to have:
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
