<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in a platform engineering or similar role.</li>
<li>Proficiency in at least one programming language</li>
<li>Leadership skills and the will to transition into a leadership role</li>
<li>Extensive experience with at least one Infrastructure as a Code provider</li>
<li>In-depth experience with AWS cloud services.</li>
<li>Excellent skills in Linux</li>
<li>Having worked with at least one Database product, preferably Mongodb or Elasticsearch</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.</li>
<li>Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
