Job Description

As a Lead Engineer at Valeo, you will contribute to designing and validating robust solutions, ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements. Your role involves supporting technical architecture, following standardization rules, and participating in design reviews. You will also be responsible for supporting design simulations, coding, validation, calculations, and tests, while effectively reporting task progress and escalating risks.

Must Have:

Perform activities in compliance with Discipline Development Plan.
Review Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, Specifications.
In charge of robust design / validation in line with economical targets.
Support technical architecture and standards assignments.
Follow Standardization rules.
Support design reviews, internal and with suppliers.
Support Discipline design simulations/coding/validation.
Support Discipline design calculations including worst case/statistical and support thermal studies.
Support Disciplines tests.
Report the progress of tasks.
Escalate risks.
