Job Description

Lead Game Design position in Osaka, Japan. Responsibilities include designing the overall flow and progression of the game as envisioned by the director; constructing elements beyond action components; designing the overall gameplay flow, including action; designing quest and event mechanics; and creating related specifications and documents. Requires experience as a lead planner, involvement in project development from inception to release, experience designing and building core game systems, and strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. The role offers a flexible work schedule with a core time, a full two-day weekend, and various benefits including health insurance, transportation allowance, and other allowances.

Must have:

Lead planner experience
Project involvement from start to release

Responsibilities:

アクション部分以外のゲームに必要な要素を構築する

アクションを含めたゲーム全体の遊びの流れをデザインする

クエストやイベントの仕組みをデザインする

関連仕様書・ドキュメントなどの資料作成

Requirements:

応募資格

・リードプランナーとしての実務経験がある方

・プロジェクト開発期から関わり、リリースまで迎えた経験

・ゲームの核となるゲームシステムを設計・構築した経験

・コミュニケーション能力、調整能力、協調性のある方

賃金
■年収額：応相談
※経験・スキル等を考慮し、当社規定により優遇します。
※固定残業代月35時間分を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。

労働時間・休日

就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30 休憩時間 60分
フレックス制（コアタイム無し）

完全週休２日制（土日・祝日）
年末年始休暇（１２３０-０１０３）
病気休暇：１２日
入社初年度１０日、入社月により期間按分付与。翌年から１３日、在籍年数踏まえてMax２２日
