Maverick Games is seeking a Lead Gameplay Engineer to contribute to the development of an exciting new AAA IP. The role involves collaborating with leaders across disciplines, promoting quality code, mentoring a team, and contributing innovative ideas to shape the game's development. Responsibilities include evolving development practices, sharing in an environment where code quality is key, and fostering creativity and collaboration. The ideal candidate will be innovative, bold, and passionate about game development. This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Warwick, UK, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
