Playrix seeks a Lead Graphic Designer for their Internal Events Team. This role involves managing a team of two designers, prioritizing tasks, participating in brainstorming sessions for event concepts, merch, and corporate products. Responsibilities include designing for the company merch store, thematic events, souvenir products, printed materials, corporate posts, and various banner formats. Technical work with templates is also required. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, strong design principles understanding, animation skills, and knowledge of printing processes.

Team, about the role

We're seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to join the Internal Events Team. You'll not only manage the team, but also participate in the company's most interesting projects, creating creative concepts for events, merch, and corporate products. Tasks

●       Management of a team of designers (2 employees);

●       Distribution and prioritization of tasks within the project;

●       Participation in brainstorming sessions for the preparation of designs and layouts;

●       Participation in the development of ideas for the company merch store;

●       Participation in the design of thematic events;

●       Development of designs for souvenir products and printed materials;

●       Preparation of graphics for corporate posts within the company;

●       Preparation of illustrations with game graphics for different banner formats;

●       Technical work with templates.

Requirements

●        Experience in a similar position;

●        Proficiency in the graphic programs Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;

●        Knowledge of graphic design principles;

●        Ability to work with 2D graphics;

●         Ability to work with a brand book and experience creating a corporate identity;

●         Animation skills;

●        Knowledge of the basics of color theory, composition, and layout;

●        Understanding of printing processes and technologies;

●        Proactivity in problem-solving;

●        Attention to detail.
