Job Description

As a Lead HR Business Partner at Aeries Technology, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Responsibilities include ensuring timely employee communication on payroll and policy changes, proactively resolving grievances through an open-door policy and issue escalation mechanisms, managing attrition risks by identifying patterns and recommending retention strategies, and partnering with legal and compliance teams during structural changes. M&A or transition management experience is highly desirable. The role requires a graduate/postgraduate with 15+ years of experience and flexibility to work as per business requirements.
Must have:
  • Experience in payroll and compliance
  • Ability to resolve employee grievances and maintain an open-door culture
  • Experience in managing attrition risks and recommending retention strategies
  • Experience partnering with legal and compliance teams
  • M&A or transition management experience is preferable

Resolve grievances proactively by maintaining an open-door culture and implementing robust issue escalation mechanisms. Manage attrition risks by identifying patterns, recommending retention strategies, and partnering with managers for interventions. Partner with legal and compliance teams during structural changes to align employment practices and policies. M&A or transition management experience is highly preferable.
