Infosys is seeking a Lead Java Full stack developer. The role involves interfacing with key stakeholders and applying technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle in Java and ReactJS. Responsibilities include building high-throughput, fault-tolerant systems, creating high-level design artifacts, and delivering high-quality code. The position requires leading validation for all types of testing and supporting implementation, transition, and warranty activities. The role encourages teamwork, collaboration, and rewards excellence. The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX or be willing to relocate.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 4+ years of IT experience.
- Experience in Java, Spring boot, and React JS.
- Experience in AWS and Mongo DB.
- Experience in front-end languages and libraries like HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, typescript, Jasimine Karma, Mockito is required.
- Experience in Java 8, REST, Springboot, microservices, Kafka or MQ, OpenShift deployments, Spring Security, JPA, XML, XSLT, JAXB, JAXP, MVC, Junit, test framework, various design patterns is must.
Good to have:
- 6+ years of Java/Microservices Development experience.
- Experience in SQL Server or Oracle or Mongo DB is desired.
- Experience in software development life cycle.
- Experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- Ability to work in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Good Analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

You will also be expected to build high-throughput, fault tolerant systems with requirements including elicitation, application architecture, definition and design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Experience in Java, Spring boot and React JS.
- Experience in AWS and Mongo DB.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in Java/Microservices Development.
- Experience in Java 8, REST, Springboot, microservices, Kafka or MQ, OpenShift deployments, Spring Security, JPA, XML, XSLT, JAXB, JAXP, MVC, Junit, test framework, various design patterns is must.
- Experience in ReactJS, with 2 years of experience in SOAP and RESTful web services.
- Experience in SQL Server or Oracle or Mongo DB is desired.
- Experience in front-end languages and libraries like HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, typescript, Jasimine Karma, Mockito is required.
- Experience in software development life cycle.
- Experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Good Analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
