Team, about the role
The Expedition Team, which creates one of the project's most pivotal events, has a strong roster. The Lead Location Designer drives the process of creating new locations and the quality of the production process.
We're looking for a Lead Location Designer who will create new locations and be responsible for supporting the development of the Location Designer team.
Tasks
- Analyzing current expedition production processes
- Supporting a team of 5+ location designers
- Developing new locations, from concept to quality control and implementation in the game
- Refining content, assembling locations and game parameters related to the visual side of the game and adjusting level design for the game project
- Improving and developing the team's tools

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the positions of Expedition Location Designer or Expedition Level Designer
- 1+ year of experience in team management and development
- Experience in creating and assembling maps in the expedition or farm genres
- Experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal)
- Skills in Adobe Photoshop and Git and an understanding of XML structure
- Fluency in Russian
Preferred
- Extensive gaming experience, interest in casual games.
