Job Summary
Job Description
The Lead Narrative Designer will be responsible for owning all aspects of story delivery for a new narrative-led AAA Open-World IP. They will collaborate with various teams to bring the narrative vision to life, empower the team to tell meaningful stories, exemplify initiative through creative solutions, lead the Narrative team, work closely with production, utilize writing skills, and implement narrative and dialogue systems. They will champion the department, create original narrative scripts, and own narrative reviews and implementation. The role offers a place of belonging, an environment of freedom and autonomy. Must have:
- Own all aspects of story delivery for a new narrative-led AAA Open-World IP
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and directors to bring the vision to life
- Lead and Inspire the Narrative team ensuring alignment of narrative and game direction
- Work closely with production to ensure timely delivery
- Use your skills as a writer to guide and enhance the delivery of the game
