The Publishing Management organization, under the Chief Global Publishing Officer (CGPO), is responsible for supporting the achievement of global publishing business strategies and execution plans. This includes strengthening global publishing capabilities and driving growth. Key responsibilities include planning and executing financial plans aligned with the publishing group's mid-to-long-term goals, leading improvements in key processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the group, supporting management decision-making through feasibility reviews and risk analysis based on quantitative and qualitative data, and leading clear communication with relevant stakeholders through written and face-to-face formats. The role requires strategic thinking, objective-oriented work, and strong communication skills.
