The Lead of Trading Operations will manage the Trading Operations Team, ensuring a reliable and risk-averse trading process. This role involves anomaly detection, identifying irregularities, and implementing procedures to maintain trading integrity. They will streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and productivity across multiple teams. Responsibilities include capacity planning, performance management, and ensuring team happiness, along with leading the team in designing and executing pre/post-session checks, intrasession controls, and escalation procedures, as well as continuously improving anomaly detection, reaction times, and communication efficiency.

- Experience in similar positions

It holds critical responsibility for anomaly detection, promptly identifying irregularities and instituting all necessary procedures to maintain trading integrity. By enhancing information accuracy and effectiveness, they continually streamline internal processes, bolstering the productivity and efficiency of many other teams.

- Capacity planning
- Performance management
- Your stakeholders and your team happiness at the same time
- You are going to lead the Trading Operations Team responsible for:
- Designing, updating and reliable execution of:
- Pre- and post- session checks and action points
- Intrasession invariants controls
- Escalation procedures
- Continuous improvement of:
- Quality of anomalies detection
- Reaction and resolution SLAs
- Tooling and communication efficiency
