Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, a multinational pharmaceutical company, seeks a Lead PMO Sterile - S2C SCM. This full-time role, based in Visakhapatnam, India, requires 10-20 years of experience in pharma project management, focusing on sterile value chain. The successful candidate will create and track project plans, ensure material and resource availability for new product executions, and coordinate with various departments to meet timelines. Responsibilities include conducting project reviews, reporting progress to stakeholders, and implementing systematic improvement programs. Must Have:- Create project plans with milestones and deliverables.
- Track and periodically update project progress in project management tools (MSP / S2L).
- Ensure availability of materials and other pre-requisites at plant for New product executions.
- Ensure enough resources are allocated for timely completion of project milestones.
- Deliver NP executions filings and WIP milestones for a given FY.
- Prioritize / de-prioritize the product executions at plant basis the need.
- Co-ordinate with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, regulatory, finance, business development to meet execution timelines.
- Ensure project reviews are done, highlight challenges and seek support for resolution.
- Prompt tracking & reporting of project happenings to leaders & Stakeholders.
- Conduct weekly product reviews involving Vertical Head, site heads, quality leads, HPTs and key stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops periodically for complex products to align moving parts to meet project deliverables.
- Provide early warning signals to top management on slippages, prepare actions in the form of MoM and track CAPAs.
- Create avenues to ensure regular communication with all stakeholders.
- Organize weekly, bi-weekly and monthly review meetings for ensuring alignment and execution of key identified activities.
- Proactively circulate pre-read (updates/ analytics) to effectively utilize discussion platforms.
- Ensure periodic review of Capex and procurement items, track the delivery timelines to meet the product milestones.
- Play an active role in systematic improvement programs such as SDP/ OE diagnostics in INJ vertical.
- Run New Product Governance Mechanism within INJ vertical and across the FTO7/ FTO9/ FTO11.
- Take ownership for end results and outcomes.
