Lead Product Engineer
Job Summary
Job Description
The Lead Product Engineer will drive key customer engagements with the local field Applications team and collaborate with the R&D team to influence product development based on local customer requirements. The role involves managing beta programs, creating documentation, and tracking customer issues. The engineer will also be responsible for new advanced feature verification. The role may require domestic and international travel. The ideal candidate should be able to identify the root cause of technical issues and have excellent communication skills.
Must have:
- 3+ years of industry experience with an MSEE or 6+ years with a BSEE.
- Solid background in electromagnetics, microwave engineering, and high-speed circuits.
- In-depth knowledge in signal integrity and power integrity.
- In-depth knowledge of 3D/2.5D/2D electromagnetics simulation tools.
- Familiarity with advanced packaging.
- Familiarity with routing and de-cap optimization.
- Strong technical insight to identify the root cause.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
