Our team works closely with business leaders across various portfolios, translating strategic priorities into technical imperatives that shape our platforms' future. You will get to contribute to PYPL’s technical strategy, and work with the most senior engineers at the company – therefore building your own internal network and opening up future opportunities for your career. .
Your day-to-day
Lead the Enterprise Architecture Delivery Team, serving as the product leader for tools and platforms that enable streamlined information sharing and collaboration.
Drive the vision for enterprise architecture delivery tools by collaborating with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional leaders.
Balance long-term strategy with immediate deliverables by prioritizing product features based on team-wide needs and business objectives. Examples of internal tools that will be within the scope of responsibility for this role are:
-A product inventory app that delivers accurate, organized information about PayPal’s offerings.
-A visual mapping tool connecting team structures to software components and roadmaps.
-A facilitation tool for architecture forums and document review workflows.
Oversee product roadmaps and the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment between engineering, architecture, and stakeholder visions.
Gather feedback, test prototypes, and refine solutions to maximize usability and impact.
Act as a key ambassador for enterprise-wide collaboration, ensuring teams feel empowered and equipped with the tools they need. .
What do you need to bring
Product Management Expertise: Proven ability to define product vision, prioritize complex feature sets, and manage roadmaps for tools and platforms.
Collaborative Mindset: Strong experience working across diverse teams, including engineers, architects, and non-technical stakeholders, to achieve shared goals.
Comfort with Ambiguity: Demonstrated ability to navigate evolving priorities and unclear paths to deliver tangible progress.
Technical Fluency: Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Jira, and collaboration platforms, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Strategic Thinking: Skill in anticipating user and business needs, even when tools are in early prototype stages or lack precedence.
Delivery Orientation: Proven capability to turn concepts and prototypes into refined, production-grade tools under tight timelines, while maintaining high standards of usability.
Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams, building alignment among diverse stakeholders, and driving momentum behind shared objectives.
