We are looking for a Lead QA engineer who is ready to go beyond traditional QA responsibilities by fostering a quality-first mindset throughout the entire project delivery cycle (from the early feature prototypes to the ongoing releases). Additionally, by collaborating closely with the product and development teams, you will have the opportunity to shape the product in a dynamic, adaptable environment that is open for change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team and ensure the use of appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Perform hands-on testing and lead game compatibility and compliance efforts across Android/iOS devices.
• Prepare detailed test plans and test cases based on documented requirements, reviewing them with stakeholders.
• Drive QA processes, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Report testing results to the project leadership team.
• Manage testing estimates, timelines and track progress.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in Mobile Quality Assurance.
• Experience in the game industry.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, types and best practices.
• Proven experience leading a team of testers.
• Proficiency with Jira, TestRail or similar bug/test tracking tools.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and anticipate undocumented (ad hoc) use cases that may break the system.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent English level.
