What You Will Do
- Work with our product team to solve requirements related to customer journeys on mobile native, and Flutter
- Lead projects to implement features across multiple apps
- Improve the customer experience for our existing apps by optimizing the usability, performance, and code quality
- Contribute to architecture decisions across teams and shape the technical direction
- Mentor and grow other developers to build a culture of learning and innovation
- Participate in production support and respond to alerts and escalations in customer support
What You Will Need
- Knowledge of building apps in Flutter and familiarity with Flutter Dev tools
- 5-8 years of mobile app development in Android
- Experience architecting and maintaining a consumer-facing app, including release planning, monitoring, and testing practices
- Familiar with the entire SDLC, and Agile project management practices like Scrum
- Strong sense of good UI and UX best practices
- (Bonus) Knowledge of building web apps in React (preferred) or any other web framework
- (Bonus) Experience with backend development using Java/Kotlin/Nodejs/Go etc
- (Bonus) Experience with team or people management
