Job Description
1. This position is for a R&D engineer to assist in development of 2.5D interposer, 3DIC routing and special routing (flipchip routing, power planning / power routing ...) solution of digital IC design in Innouvs.
2. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugging software programs of routing flow and related algorithms.

Position Requirements:
1. MS/PhD in electrical engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, or a similar field.
2. MS with 3-5 years experience or PhD with 0-2 years experience.
3. The candidates should have strong software programming skill with C/C++ on Linux/Unix platform.
4. Strong desires to learn and explore new technologies and is able to demonstrate good analysis and problem solving skills.
5. EDA software development experience or IC design knowledge, especially in backend.
6. Know basic routing algorithms.
7. Good English communication skill, both oral and written.
