Job Description

We are seeking sharp and curious individuals to join our Strategy Team. This role involves working on high-impact projects that directly influence business operations, acting as the core for major decisions. You will be a key member of the Strategy team, reporting to the CEO, and will gain firsthand insight into how strategy is executed. Responsibilities include collaborating across business verticals to identify improvements in customer acquisition and retention, conducting root cause analyses (RCAs) of business performance, and leveraging data to optimize processes and products. You will also prepare financial models for investor discussions, translate financial metrics into team goals, identify growth opportunities and new business initiatives, conduct market research for competitor intelligence, and work on corporate development. The ideal candidate can synthesize complex business problems, understands market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes, and can own and drive initiatives to completion.

You’ll get to:

● Prepare financial models for investor discussions on budgets and forecasts across businesses
● Translate financial metrics into goals for teams to operate on
● Identify and work on growth hacks and potentially new business initiatives for the company
● Market research for competitor intelligence that adds value to the product and marketing teams
● Work on corporate development initiatives for the company
