Job Description

As the Lead for Global User Acquisition at Hike, you'll design and execute high-impact strategies to attract and retain users worldwide. This role requires scaling the company's presence in a competitive market, leveraging data-driven acquisition and marketing innovation. Responsibilities include developing and implementing user acquisition strategies across various channels (paid ads, influencer collaborations, partnerships, community building on platforms like TikTok and Twitch), optimizing campaign performance, building and maintaining a positive brand image, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll need experience in mobile gaming, Web3, or B2C, strong analytical skills, and expertise in SEO/ASO and ORM.

Here are the skills & experience we are looking for... ⚙️

  • 5+ years of experience in user acquisition, ideally in Mobile Gaming, Web3, Consumer tech, or B2C domains.
  • Proven expertise in launching and scaling user acquisition strategies in competitive markets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of leveraging data to optimize performance marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with platforms like TikTok, Twitch, Discord, or other community-driven spaces to build engagement and drive acquisition.
  • Deep knowledge of user acquisition channels, including paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.), influencer collaborations, partnerships, and more.
  • Experience with virality strategies, such as referral programs, social sharing campaigns, and creative ways to encourage organic growth.
  • Expertise in SEO and ASO, with a strong understanding of how to optimize search rankings and app store visibility to drive discovery.
  • Proficiency in ORM techniques to ensure a strong, positive brand presence across platforms and address user feedback effectively.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to refine targeting, messaging, and performance.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Clevertap, Branch, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with creative, product, and marketing teams.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
