McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Facilitator based in our Mexico Global Business Services Office.
As a Learning & Development Facilitator, you will work to elevate the employee experience, developing current and future leaders at McDonald’s Canada with our world class training programs. The primary function of this role is to facilitate training classes to motivate, build competencies, and improve each learner’s individual performance, and their contribution to restaurant results.
Purpose:
You will oversee the delivery and management of virtual training classes for McOpCo and Franchisee employees within Canada, ensuring that restaurant employees and leaders are equipped with the right skills and knowledge to succeed.
