Job Description
This position involves handling various legal practices, including: ① Contract review and drafting (including English documents), ② Legal consulting (transactions, organization, industry regulations, intellectual property, overseas matters, and others), ③ Corporate legal affairs (preparation of statutory documents for shareholders' meetings, support for general meetings, commercial registration, M&A, and others), ④ Intellectual property-related legal affairs (procedures and rights protection focusing on patents and trademarks), ⑤ Other legal-related tasks. This role offers the opportunity to engage broadly in legal work, from contracts to corporate law and intellectual property. Furthermore, as the company operates businesses across multiple entertainment genres, you can gain experience in entertainment legal practice.
Must Have:
- Contract review and drafting (including English)
- Legal consulting on transactions, organization, industry regulations
- Handle corporate legal affairs including shareholders' meetings
- Manage intellectual property related legal affairs

①契約審査・起案（英文含む）
②法務コンサルティング（取引、組織、業法、知財、海外、その他）
③組織関連法務（株主総会法定書類作成、総会法務対応、商業登記、M&A、その他）
④知的財産関連法務（特許、商標を中心とした手続や権利確保等）
⑤その他法務関連業務
※契約から会社法実務、知財まで、広く法務に携わることができる環境です。
また、エンターテイメントの複数ジャンルで事業展開していることから、エンタメ法務実務の経験を積むことができます。
