Job Description

The License Compliance Analyst will manage all aspects of software license compliance reviews within the Sitecore customer base. This dynamic role entails working closely with internal teams and customers to determine if the Sitecore customer complies with the terms and conditions of its agreement(s), pricing, and licensing. The candidate will work through a large volume of customers to assess, identify, pass on compliance-related opportunities to field sales and support on commercial closures. The candidate should possess analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills as they will be required to work closely with international teams.
Must have:
  • Manage end-to-end License Compliance outreach and reviews
  • Work extensively with Sitecore’s business teams (Field Sales, Product, Managed Cloud Operations, Legal, Finance)
  • Interpret complex license and maintenance agreements
  • Analyze license purchase and deployment data to identify Compliance cases
  • Participate in projects to document and improve processes
  • Minimum of two years of experience managing license compliance audits
  • High level of independence and resilience
  • Strong understanding of software license agreements
  • Proven ability to comprehend and interpret complex licensing
  • Proficient in the use of Excel
  • Experience with databases or record repository applications, including SFDC

About the Role:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage end-to-end License Compliance outreach and reviews, which includes working extensively with many of Sitecore’s business teams such as Field Sales, Product, Managed Cloud Operations, Legal and Finance.
  • Interpret complex license and maintenance agreements.
  • Analyze license purchase and deployment data to identify Compliance cases.
  • Participate in projects to document and improve processes.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience managing license compliance audits.
  • High level of independence and resilience.
  • Strong understanding of software license agreements with specific experience and proven ability to comprehend and interpret complex licensing.
  • Proficient in the use of Excel.
  • Experience with databases or record repository applications, including SFDC.
