Working within Listing Operations team gives the opportunity be part of the Nasdaq Nordic markets.

The team performs the operational listing and maintenance of cash equity and derivatives products on Nasdaq Nordic and Baltic markets.

What you will do:

  • Listing of tradable instruments.
  • Building and maintaining relations with clients, partners and internal customers.
  • Updating product information and configuration in the systems.
  • Involvement in projects, initiatives and systems’ testing.
  • Developing work regarding processes and operational related issues.

What We Expect:

To be successful in this position you should: strive to learn new things, be flexible and navigate efficiently through various tasks and responsibilities, have strong sense of responsibility, be able to work both in team and independently, build market/product knowledge.

Work schedule requirement: usual shift 9:00 - 18:00, you will need to rotate evening shift (12:00 – 21:00) - 1-3 times a week.

Requirements:

  • Academic degree or last year of studies.
  • Knowledge of financial markets or previous experience in the sector is meriting.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Additional information:

A valid working permit for the EU is required.

Monthly gross salary: 2200 - 2400 EUR (cumulative work accounting). The final salary will depend on candidate's knowledge and experience.
