Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute UGC (User-Generated Content) events in the Indonesian market for the park section, aligning with business objectives, user demographics, and game features. Develop growth and promotional activities for creators and players to drive user acquisition and enhance brand recognition of UGC gameplay among international users.
  • Monitor and analyze feedback and trends from overseas players. Propose innovative event ideas, oversee UI design, testing, and development processes, and ensure the successful implementation and impact of the events.
  • Track event performance metrics, conduct in-depth data analysis, and drive continuous optimization of operational activities. Develop and refine operational methodologies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for event management.
  • Innovate and iterate on gameplay designs to create unique, differentiated event experiences that align with the game’s style. Design UGC events that foster social connections, encourage content sharing, and promote user engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas core creators. Understand their needs and motivate them to produce high-quality content through tailored events and collaborative initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in game or UGC product event planning, especially experience in game UGC ecological operation.
  • Passionate about games with in-depth game experience, familiar with UGC games such as "Robolx", "Minecraft", "Fortnite" with creator mode.
  • Fully understand the popular trends and customs of Indonesian and propose effective event plans for local players to achieve new user acquisition, activation, and retention for the park.
  • Possess a certain sense of content and integrated event understanding and be able to promote effective iteration of operational strategies through data insight.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills, with Chinese proficiency preferred.
