岗位职责
1.负责PUBG MOBILE手游北美区域商业化线上运营,制定并执行整体商业化策略,保障各阶段收入目标的达成;
2.负责游戏内北美区域的商业化活动和投放设计,提出针对北美区域用户习惯的商业化相关功能设计与优化等;
3.把控区域商业化资源投放节奏及推广策略,与其他多模块协作,满足各模块运营和投放诉求;
4.深入分析北美区域游戏内外部数据,了解玩家需求,优化产品和活动设计,提升渗透率和ARPU;
5.关注用户反馈、洞察用户诉求,结合数据分析,提出优化方案,并与研发团队进行高效沟通/协作。
岗位要求
1.本科及以上学历,3年及以上游戏商业化策划或运营工作经验,独立负责过完整的商业化系统相关的内容规划和落地迭代;
2.具备系统设计和活动设计能力,擅长数据分析,注重工作细节;擅长数据分析,注重工作细节;
3.有良好的团队合作精神,擅长跨团队/跨部门沟通协作,学习和应变能力强;
4.具备射击/大逃杀类游戏,从筹备到上线的完整商业化运营工作经验者优先。
