岗位职责：
1.负责HOK手游活动体系搭建工作，包含活动系统设计、活动资源规划和活动玩法设计；
2.负责竞品游戏监控，活动分析，分析竞品活动投放策略；
3.根据运营目标、版本和资源情况等，制定运营计划，统筹市场、UA、社区等各模块的运营节奏，合力达成运营目标；
4.进行活动规划，负责活动设计、开发和落地，完成活动效果分析总结，不断调优活动；
5.活动资源管理，合理规划活动资源，实现活动资源保值，并打造受玩家追求的稀缺资源。
Requirements:
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏活动运营相关工作经验；
2. 对游戏运营的各模块工作均有一定了解，有数据分析能力；
3. 统筹能力和沟通能力强，思维活跃，善于创新，善于捕捉市场热点，工作认真负责；
4. 热爱各类游戏，有王者荣耀游戏经验者优先;
5. 具有一定的英文办公能力，英语沟通能力强者优先。
