岗位职责：
1.负责HOK手游产品运营工作，统筹管理各产品商业化设计与运营、活跃运营、版本管理和用户管理等；
2.负责参与相关产品运营期的研发工作，根据各阶段运营目标与需求，规划跟进相关产品运营功能/运营活动的设计、开发及迭代；
3.负责制定项目目标，跟进资源投放与执行，协同其他运营人员和运营模块，根据运营策略与用户数据反馈，调整优化，完成整体运营指标；
4.负责游戏活动数据分析，根据游戏数据、游戏内容投放节奏和用户反馈，调整活动投放策略；
Requirements:
岗位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，5年以上游戏运营相关经验，有MOBA经验者优先；
2. 对游戏运营商业化/活动/数据多个运营模块有深入涉及和主导经历；
3. 具备较深刻的游戏理解或游戏设计经验，对数据、用户和市场有敏锐认知和总结能力；
4. 具备良好的团队合作精神，使命感与自驱力强，具有良好的沟通协作、资源协调能力；
5. 具有一定的英文办公能力，英语沟通能力强者优先。
