Live Service Operations Assistant

Big Ant Studios are looking for a highly talented and motivated Live Operations Assistant to play a key role in the studio. Join us in making some of consoles and PCs biggest sports titles from our centrally located Melbourne studio.

Working on Big Ant Studios’ sports titles, including Cricket, AFL, Tennis, Rugby Union and more, the Live Operations Assistant will assist the Producer in conceptualising and implementing ongoing Live Service content, such as weekly challenges and seasonal themes.

The core areas of focus for this role are:

• Creating weekly and seasonal content for live service features in Big Ant Studios sports titles
• Identify opportunities for creative challenges within the available mode structures
• Respond to analytics and fan feedback to ensure features are engaging for users
• Work with the Data, Art and Design teams to ensure implementation of needed supporting materials
• Work alongside the support team to provide support and assistance in the form of support tickets.

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong organisational skills to create content plans and see them through to launch
• A team player who can work across teams to ensure delivery of needed assets
• Creativity in identifying unique game experiences for ongoing products

With extra consideration given to:

• Previous experience working on a live service video game or qualification in Game Design
• Fan of sports, particularly Cricket, AFL or Rugby Union
• Strong knowledge of sports video games
