LiveOps Specialist - Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Live-Ops Specialist to join us and help create Masomo’s next big hit. You will be part of the Product team and have the opportunity to showcase your skills and provide excellent gaming experiences to players from all around the world. Miniclip is looking for Specialist to hire in our İzmir Masomo Gaming Studio. This position requires relocation to Izmir and full-time office-based work.

What will you be doing at Masomo?

• As a Live-Ops Specialist, you will support LiveOps operations by planning, operating, and controlling in-game events, time-limited offers, and feature updates to drive continuous player engagement, boost retention, and support revenue goals.
• Regularly track and analyze mobile game market trends, competitor products, and LiveOps strategies.
• Track Daily KPIs, trends, and user behavior to optimize game economy dynamics
• Creating and managing in-game announcements to ensure players are informed and engaged during live events, new updates, or campaigns.
• Collaborating with the Community and Marketing teams to prepare social media content aligned with the game's LiveOps calendar and player engagement strategies.
• Own the business goals for your products, taking decisions to meet market and company’s needs
• Ensure deliverables are achieved efficiently
• Ability to create product specifications and reports on data analysis
• Excellent understanding of game analytics, experience with statistics and business analysis
• Strong project management skills
• Outstanding ability to present detailed analysis and work to executive and game teams
• Identify growth opportunities to improve feature adoption, retention, engagement, and monetization strategies
• Tune the performance of existing features by devising A/B tests and analyzing their effectiveness

What are we looking for?

• 1+ years previous product experience, better if in a gaming environment
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, or another relevant degree.
• Excellent skills in Excel - a must
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Adaptable self-starter with strong communication skills
• Excellent speaking and verbal English skills
• Residing in Izmir or will be able to reside in Izmir
