Job Description

This role is for a Loan IQ Developer at one of the Netherlands' largest banks. Responsibilities include implementing new Loan IQ releases, automated testing, liaising with Finastra, analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing Loan IQ features, creating tools using Loan IQ APIs for portfolio migration, leveraging Loan IQ's data model for analysis, and creating automated tests for the UI and APIs. The ideal candidate possesses strong functional and technical Loan IQ expertise, experience with API's and batch net, XQuery scripting, and a good understanding of syndicated lending. Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.

Project description

Our Client is one of the Netherlands' largest bank, for which we already have a Murex, Calypso, and ION presence.
Recently we have signed contracts to provide resources for LoanIQ in a staff augmentation capacity.

Responsibilities

Your primary tasks would include:

Implement new releases of Loan IQ including (automated) testing of new enhancements, retesting existing defects/fixes in the release

Liaise with Finastra(supplier of Loan IQ) to ensure that fixes are delivered with the right priority

Analyse business requirements and design, and implement them using Loan IQ features

Create tools using Loan IQ APIs to automate the migration of portfolios from legacy systems to Loan IQ

Knowing the Loan IQ data model and being able to create queries to help analyze issues/requirements

Creating Automated tests for the Loan IQ user interface and Loan IQ API's

Skills

Must have

You are an ambitious and experienced Functional Loan IQ expert who can add value based on his knowledge. Next to your functional expertise you also have knowledge about the technical setup of Loan IQ. You are passionate, bring new ideas, open to others suggestion and a great team player. You have good communication skills and open to learn new skills. You are on top of market trends and would be at ease talking about how technology as well as Lending is evolving.

Good functional knowledge of the Loan IQ application, its transactions, and their lifecycle

Experience in testing Loan IQ functionality with the ability to define detailed test cases

Experienced with technical set up of Loan IQ particularly around API's and batch net

Loan IQ Object Model and data model knowledge

XQuery scripting knowledge to build and maintain scripts that are used for data extraction from Loan IQ objects at real time

Basic Understanding of (syndicated) lending business

Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred
